You can:
-Use it for adoptables/custom adoptables/trades/commissions etc. Price them whatever you want :) -Use it for you own refference sheet -Alter the lines if you need it (if you want to heavily change the lines, ask me first please ^^) -Add horns,wings, etc.
You cant: - Sell the lineart itself (the blank base) - Alter all the lines to unrecognizable , or use it for another species that are not DUTCH ANGEL DRAGONS (this base uses the chibi anatomy that have made for that species) -DISTRIBUTE THE BASE TO OTHERS FOR FREE! PLEASE, I WORKED HARD ON THIS AND THAT'S REALLY RUDE. - Claim it to be your own base -ERASE THE SIGNATURE OF CLOWN-GRIN, DON'T DO IT -TRACE/HEAVILY REFERENCE MY WORK
